I curently only have dual monitors. Are there any solutions for me to support four monitors?

There are many solutions. Since you have a PCI Express16 slot, the best
option would be to get an NVidia Quadro Video Card that supports four monitors.

NVidia Quadro NVS 440 Graphics Card

Also, you can add a PCI video card, if you have an available PCI Slot. Just make sure that you
match the Chipset maker to the video card you already have. If you have Nvidia, use an NVidia
brand card. If you have ATI, use an ATI PCI card. (ATI is recommended most for this situation).
Here are some PCI Video Cards:

Radeon HD 2400 Pro - PCI Graphics Card

NVidia FX 5200 - PCI Graphics Card

Another solution would be to get a Matrox TripleHead2Go adapter, and use it on one
of your video ports. That way you can use the other port as your fourth monitor.

You can also use a USB to VGA Adapter, or a USB to DVI Adapter for each
extra monitor you wish to add. This is not the best option, but works great
for surfing the web, viewing documents and other simple tasks.

Does it have to be the same memory size?

Great question! No, the memory size can be different. Just make sure you use all ATI or all NVidia Cards. Don't mix match. Memory size is pretty much irrelevant when it comes to the drivers. The idea is to have the least amount of drivers on the system as possible. The ideal configuration would be to have all the same cards to run off of one single driver. What are the graphics card models you are thinking about using together?
